Curvora Fitness Merchandise Policy

Welcome to Curvora Fitness! We're excited to offer exclusive merchandise designed to inspire confidence, movement, and empowerment. All Curvora Fitness merchandise is fulfilled and shipped through Tapstitch, our trusted third-party print-on-demand partner. Please review our merchandise policies carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

All merchandise orders are processed and fulfilled by Tapstitch. Once you place an order, it will be sent directly to Tapstitch for printing, packing, and shipping.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your item ships.

Shipping Times:

  • Standard shipping times vary by location but typically range between 3–10 business days after fulfillment.

  • International orders may take longer due to customs and local delivery delays.

2. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Please double-check sizing and item details before placing your order.

Eligible Returns:

Tapstitch will only accept returns or issue replacements for:

  • Damaged items

  • Misprinted items

  • Incorrect items (wrong size, color, or product)

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the issue (damaged area, misprint, or incorrect item).

We will then submit your request to Tapstitch on your behalf for review. If approved, a replacement will be sent free of charge.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

  • Incorrect size ordered (please refer to size charts before purchasing)

  • Minor color variations or slight printing differences

3. Cancellations

Because orders go into production shortly after being placed, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, the order cannot be modified or canceled.

4. Sizing & Product Details

We strongly recommend reviewing the size charts and product descriptions provided on each item page before making a purchase. As all merchandise is made-to-order, Curvora Fitness and Tapstitch cannot accept returns due to sizing errors not caused by incorrect fulfillment.

5. Shipping Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived:

  • Please check with your local delivery service or neighbors.

  • If it has been more than 7 business days since the delivery notification, contact us and we will file a claim with Tapstitch.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses

  • Delays caused by customs, weather, or local postal services

Please make sure your shipping information is correct at the time of purchase.
