Rebrand the Way you Move: Everyday Movement with Curvora
Whether it’s for mindfulness or strength, moving the Curvora way helps you build results that truly matter. Discover how purposeful movements contribute to long-term health and wellness.
It all begins in the hips. The hips store emotional and physical tension that can come from stress or trauma. That being said, it's important to implement hip movement in your everyday routine to release this tension that accumulates over time.
Being Present with Yourself and your Body
Research tells us how moving your body has numerous benefits on your overall physical and mental health. With that in mind, you know your body better than anyone. It’s your responsibility to take care of it the same way it takes care of you. Listen to it when it feels stiff or craves movement. Being able to be present is a skill that improves overall well-being by encouraging you to focus, destress, and even lowers blood pressure which helps regulate your body.
A way of doing this is by practicing mindfulness. Regulating your emotions by looking inward and taking time out of your day to focus on you. Treat yourself the same way you care for others. It’s time to make yourself a priority and put intention behind your health and wellness journey.
A muscle that is no stranger to emotional stimuli and is in charge of our “fight or flight” response is the psoas muscle. The psoas muscle is a hip flexor that connects the spine to the legs. Located on your lower back, it helps you perform motions related to your abdomen and legs simultaneously. It’s the only muscle that connects the torso to our legs, playing a large role in our hip movement (“Psos Muscle,” 2025).
What it does:
Improves spinal alignment and posture
Increases overall mobility
Reduces lower back pain
Curvora takes pride in movement and workouts that serve a purpose-backed by research, and proven to be successful.
You are Stronger than you Think
Being committed to working out everyday may seem like a huge hurdle to get over. But paying attention to what your body needs is also important.
One day, it might just be little movements and stretching to start your day off right. Other days, a 30 minute high-intensity workout might just be exactly what your body needs. However, that doesn’t diminish the fact that your mind gives up before your body does.
The mental strength of staying committed and pushing yourself to show up for yourself is what Curvora embodies. Have the confidence in yourself to accomplish more than you ever thought possible.
