A Note From Mia, The Founder
Curvora was created during a time when I needed to rebuild my relationship with my body and my life.
Through injury, healing, and learning how to listen to my hips instead of pushing through them, this work slowly changed everything for me. Not just how I moved, but how I showed up for myself. Now I get to share it with you.
